learn more about my character, willow!

Willow is one of the main character in my story, Dedicated to The Kidz I Fought. As the Fall 2008 school year comes around, Willow is starting the 7th grade with her pseudo sister, Brooke! Although she isn't too thrilled about the school work, she's ecstatic to hang out with her emo friends again!

It all starts pretty usual, though she hears about this new kid in their grade. Though she's isn't in the same classes as him, another one of those "brainiacs". He doesn't cross her mind at all until Brooke tells her about him trying to be her friend. Although Brooke says he's nice, she's apprehensive that he's just trying to get gushy with her just to bully her.

Even though Brooke tries to deter her, Willow goes to confront this Ollie Coppola & give him a word or two--or a potential thrashing. Thankfully with Brooke & Erin's tag team effort to keep Ollie from being pummeled, Willow finally gets the picture that Ollie is harmless.

Ollie forgives Willow, nonethewiser, & Willow is escstatic Brooke has some friends of her own. Putting herself in their little friend group--much to Brooke & Erins' apprehension. Though Ollie is entirely on board--loving Willow's enthusiasm & tenacity. Maybe this school year won't be so usual after all!!
