learn more about my character, skye!

Skye is one of the side characters in my story, Dedicated to The Kidz I Fought. In the cold winter months of October of 2008, Skye starts living with the Coppola's after the insistance of her mother. Skye is the child of Ollie's other parent--making them half-siblings. Gianna is more than happy to let Skye stay with them, letting Skye take the former guest room as their own bedroom.

Skye takes to their new school fairly well, joining Victoria in her freshman year at Crested Butte Community School. Their gender ambiguity causing them to attract the attention of different ground of their classmates, making Victoria annoyed. Ollie is more than thrilled to have a half sibling--especially a cool & effortlessly nonchalant one like Skye!

Skye tends to keep themsevles, but isn't afraid to chat it up with their classmates when they initiate conversation. Though they DEFINIETLY brush off any romantic interests from their classmates, but they're definitely flattered they're popular & seen as attractive. They even joined basketball after being told they'd probably be good at it. They find it interesting--& it gives them something to do, so what's there to complain about? Though they were...definitely confused on what team to put them on.

Skye is...different, but still quite friendly. Stands out but blends into the crowd at the same time. Victoria thinks something is up about them, but Gianna says there's nothing for her to worry about. Much to her dismay...Gianna never keeps things under wraps with them.
