learn more about my character, serenity!

Serenity is one of the side characters in my story, Dedicated to The Kidz I Fought! When the Fall 2008 school year begins, nothing much changes for Serenity other than sending her only child, Cecilia, to school. & while she's gone she opens up her cafe-by-day-bar-by-night, the "Morning Fix"! It's her passion & she loves being the start & end to many townsfolks' day.

She's a mix of beloved & notorious in town depending on who you ask. She's a ray of sunshine, always loving to chat away with someone, new or old. Though get on her bad side or do her wrong & she'll unleash every little or bad thing she's ever heard about you. A force to never be reckoned with, but lovely to have on your side.

Everyone...pretty much knows she's divorced. Her ex-husband, John Robinson, being a local preacher. Though the two couldn't be more different, so it was bound to fall apart. Serenity likes the freedom, & couldn't be happier to finally pursue things she enjoys rather than being stuck as a stay-at-home mom for the rest of her days. Though whenever their paths cross, John makes it quite evident he despises the woman she's become.

Thomas & Veronica frequent her establishment, coming there on Saturday's. She loves chatting with them most of the night, them feeling much the same way. Usually lingering even after the bar is closed for the night. Much to the detriment of their sleep schedules.
